This year our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Lafayette, IN USA at the Holiday Inn City Centre. Like our last AGM held in 2022 in Brussels, Belgium, this AGM will also be a hybrid meeting with a portion of the meeting being both in-person and virtual. All times for the meeting are listed in US Central Daylight Savings Time (Chicago time). The sections highlighted in light graypurple will be available by zoom to those who are not able to attend the meeting in Lafayette. During the pandemic we also learned that we can have a business meeting separate from the AGM and we will be doing so again in this meeting with our Business Meeting on May 31, 2023 being virtual. We also learned that having at least some portion of the meeting being virtual would allow more members to attend the meeting. Please note that this will our second hybrid meeting with many of the presentations and discussions available as a Zoom broadcast. We have made some adjustments to make the virtual portion of the meeting be better for those virtual attendees. On Monday and Tuesday the Academic Poster Presentations will be presented. For those in attendance you will be assigned a group for the poster sessions. For the virtual sessions there will be a Zoom room to allow you see the posters and ask questions of the academic presenters.
