2026 Winter Meeting Materials

It's time to get ready for our 2026 winter meeting, which is scheduled on January 21 & 22 at the Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport near Schiphol Airport.  This will consist of a short business meeting and a longer discussion of the technical program.  Most of our time will be spent discussing new and renewal project proposals and review outlines.  Here's the agenda.  Note that we start at 8:45 AM on Wednesday and finish at noon on Thursday.  Also, there will be a pre-meeting happy hour (location tbd, but probably the hotel bar) on Tuesday at 6 PM.

We will run the meeting as a hybrid (in-person/virtual) meeting.  Here's the link to the meeting. 

Seven project briefs and four review briefs were advanced at last summer's AGM.  We will receive at least one proposal for each project.  I was able to place three of the reviews; we should receive an outline of the Correlative Microscopy review by January 20.

We also have three renewal proposals to consider: Jones, Kharagani, and Hsiao.

I'll add proposals and review outlines as I receive them.  Please be prepared to discuss these at the winter meeting.
